• Fulfilment data: delivery address, pin code and courier instructions.
• Transaction records: order numbers, payment method category, amounts and timestamps.
• Support messages submitted via Track & Support, email or contact forms.

3. How information is used

We process your data to dispatch packets, prevent fraudulent orders, improve catalogue descriptions and resolve grievances. We do not sell or rent personal information to advertising networks.

Order and account records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and commerce regulations, then archived or anonymised.
